The Shivaji Nagar residence explores the idea of stillness within structure - a modern lounge that balances calm restraint with artistic intensity. The design unfolds through layers of texture, light, and composition, creating a space that feels both grounded and elevated.

Soft taupe walls and fluted moldings establish a quiet architectural backdrop, while polished marble flooring adds reflective depth. Against this serene palette, a sculptural navy velvet chair introduces contrast - a statement of form and color that anchors the room.

The furniture composition is deliberate and symmetrical: a low beige channel-tufted sofa framed by brass sconces and bold monochrome art. Every piece, from the round marble coffee table to the armless daybed, contributes to a rhythm of balance and proportion. Light moves gently across surfaces - filtered through layered drapes, reflected from stone, and absorbed by velvet.

The result is a space defined not by excess, but by intention. Art, texture, and restraint come together to create an atmosphere of refined comfort - where every element feels curated, and every detail speaks softly of design discipline.
