This 4BHK residence sits within the dense fabric of Gurgaon, yet was imagined as a retreat that balances openness with privacy. The client sought a home that would support both shared living and quiet withdrawal, where daylight and proportion guide the character of each space. Our approach began by understanding how the family moves through daily routines - meals, work, gatherings, rest, and translating those rhythms into spatial form. The design reflects natural light, clarity of flow, and a calm material palette that grounds the interior in simplicity.

The plan organizes life around a central living and dining area, with circulation extending toward more intimate zones. Large windows bring in softened daylight while framing views of the city beyond, connecting the interior to its surroundings without overwhelming it.

Materials were chosen for warmth and durability: stone flooring, timber accents, and muted finishes that age gracefully. Smaller details like built-in storage, layered lighting, and measured thresholds between rooms - allow flexibility while maintaining coherence. The result is a residence that supports family life with both generosity and restraint, offering moments of connection as well as space for solitude.
